Lost Tickets

Lost tickets may be replaced at no charge. For Sunday tickets, call the PAC Box office line at (918) 596-7111 at least 24 hours before the performance. After 5pm and on weekends, please present a valid ID to the Tulsa Performing Arts Center box office window located in the 2nd Street Lobby.  For all other performances, physical tickets will not be issued. Check in at performance.  For questions, call the CMT office at 918.587.3802.

Donation of Tickets

Subscribers who are unable to attend a performance may donate their tickets for resale. This is considered a tax-deductible donation to Chamber Music Tulsa to the extent allowed by law. The tickets must be turned in to Chamber Music Tulsa at least 24 hours prior to the first performance date. A donation receipt will be mailed.

Handicap Accessibility

The PAC is wheelchair accessible from both the Second and Third Street entrances. A wheelchair lift is accessible from the parking garage next to the PAC. Wheelchair seating is offered in Williams Theatre and the Westby Pavilion. If you have any questions regarding accessibility, contact the Tulsa Performing Arts Center at (918) 596-7111.

Tulsa Performing Arts Center Box Office

During performances a CMT representative will be available in the Tulsa Performing Arts Center lobby. The box office will open two hours prior to show time and will remain open the first 30 minutes of the performance.You may reach a box office representative during this time by calling the PAC at (918) 596-7111.

Directions and Parking

Parking is available to the east of the PAC bordered by Detroit and Cincinnati Avenues and Second and Third Streets. There is also a parking lot directly south of the PAC and on the southeast corner of Third and Cincinnati. The parking lots are not owned and operated by the PAC and parking will vary in price from lot to lot. Underground parking, accessed from Second Street, connects directly to PAC entrances and the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
