The Saturday evening concerts are held at 8:00 P.M. in the Kathleen P. Westby Pavilion on the Promenade Level of the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. Use the 3rd Street steps on the west side of the building.

The Sunday concerts are held at 3:00 p.m. in the John H. Williams Theater located in the Lower Level of of the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. Use the 2nd Street entrance on the north side of the building. Please note that there is usually a pre-concert talk given at about 2:20 p.m. on the day of the concert, so plan to come early. Check the webpage for current information.

Parking is on the street or in the underground garage in the Performing Arts Center. The entrance to the underground parking is from 2nd Street. Note that this is a one way street going east.
