Chamber Music Tulsa holds concerts on six weekends a year. Each group plays two concerts with different programs. The Saturday evening concert is followed by a buffet with wine and conversation with the artists. This concert is attended by weekend subscribers only. The Sunday afternoon concert is open to the public.

All Sunday afternoon concerts will be in the John H. Williams Theater, Tulsa Performing Arts Center at 3:00 p.m. Pre-concert talks, discussing the repertoire to be performed, begin each Sunday at 2:20 P.M.

Ever since Chamber Music Tulsa was founded in 1954 by Rosalie Talbott, its mission has been "to promote chamber music through concerts and education." CMT is committed to encouraging and promoting young American chamber music groups as well as presenting regionally, nationally, and internationally known artists. While Chamber Music Tulsa focuses on the conventional repertoire for chamber music, it also believes in introducing less well known composers to its audience, along with composers from other continents.

Chamber Music Tulsa continues to bring the highest quality of musicianship to to the Tulsa community. The 2006-2007 season promises to be the best ever to date. The educational/community outreach with each concert weekend will offer opportunities to a variety of age groups, in unique venues, to encourage young and old alike to pursue their love of music.
